Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Respond promptly and efficiently to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies to customers.
  • Handle customer complaints with empathy and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Assist in maintaining the company’s reputation by upholding high customer service standards.

Key Requirements:

  • Ability to speak English, Sinhala and Tamil will be an advantage.
  • Possess a pleasing personality and an enthusiastic attitude.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and Saturdays.
  • Clear and legible writing skills with basic numerical abilities.
