Key Responsibilities

Assisted the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.

Screened resumes and conducted initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability.

Coordinated interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication and scheduling.

Maintained applicant tracking systems by updating candidate statuses and interview feedback.

Supported in drafting and posting job advertisements on various platforms.

Helped in organizing recruitment events and employer branding initiatives.

Prepared candidate summaries and reports for internal review and client submission.

Ensured a smooth candidate experience by handling follow-ups and providing timely updates.

Key Requirements

Qualifications

  • Candidates who have completed Secondary / Higher Secondary education and pursing studies in HR
  • Pursuing Diploma, Degree in HR or relevant field

Required Skills

  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport with team members, candidates and clients
  • Ability to understand hiring needs
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in portal updates
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize

Preferred Skills (Optional)

  • Basic understanding of social media platforms for employer branding
  • Content creation support for recruitment campaigns (optional but ideal)
