Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring hospital hygiene and infection control standards.
  • Lead, train, and supervise housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness in all hospital areas.
  • Implement and monitor cleaning schedules and SOPs across departments.
  • Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical departments to support smooth functioning.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of hospital-grade cleaning protocols and infection control practices.
  • Ability to manage a large team and work in a fast-paced environment.
