Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
  • Managing employee relations and addressing grievances.
  • Implementing and maintaining HR policies and procedures.
  • Handling payroll, benefits, and leave administration.
  • Coordinating training, development, and performance management activities.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR or related roles.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
