Communicate with principals to ensure timely delivery of imports
Follow up on order status with suppliers and update import tracking records
Arrange and monitor marine insurance for import shipments
Ensure compliance with foreign trade and local import regulations
Coordinate supplier payments
Prepare and maintain import-related documentation
Diploma or qualification in Logistics / Supply Chain Management (an added advantage)
Successfully completed GCE A/L (Commerce or Science preferred)
Minimum 2 years of experience in Imports, Logistics, or Purchasing (freshers are also encouraged to apply)
Knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office
Good communication and negotiation skills
