Experience: 3–5 years or more

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT/ICT sector
Build and manage strong relationships with clients
Drive revenue growth and achieve assigned sales targets
Lead negotiations and close high-value deals
Work closely with technical and pre-sales teams on proposals
Track sales performance and maintain reports using CRM tools
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development or sales
Prior experience in the IT/ICT industry is preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Good understanding of solution-based selling
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
