Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and online channels
Promote IT products and services to potential clients
Understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions
Maintain and update customer details in the CRM system
Follow up on inquiries, proposals, and quotations
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with the technical and sales teams for deal closure
Prepare basic sales reports and forecasts
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in inside sales or IT sales (freshers may be considered)
Basic understanding of IT products/services (Cloud, Software, Hardware, or IT solutions)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Ability to work with targets and deadlines
Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills
