Description of Accounts Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acceptance cheques & Cash from customers
  • Printing and issuing of receipts while assuring accuracy.
  • Entering and issuing of the customer invoices on time.
  • Maintaining of Invoice files & supporting documents.
  • Maintaining of the customer VAT registration documents.
  • Update Cash Book
     

Key Requirements:

  • Fresher or about to 1 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Completed A/L s in Commerce stream
  • Age range - 20-25 Years
  • Work Locations - Narahenpita
  • Working Days and working hours - Weekdays (8.30 A.M. - 5.00 P.M.)
